What would I do if I had no fear?
The dictionary describes fear as: a distressing negative sensation induced by a perceived threat. It is a basic survival mechanism occurring in response to a specific stimulus, such as pain or the threat of danger. Fear is apparently a universal emotion.
When we use fear as a survival mechanism it helps us be aware of things and then we take decisions accordingly. This is a good thing if not we would live in constant chaos. But too much fear frizzes us, blocks us from taking the steps we want/need to achieve our dreams.

What is the one specific action that would have the greatest impact on you achieving your goal?
When you have goals and actions to achieve you need a plan of action. What is important, if you are serious about achieving your goals, when preparing a plan of action is that the actions are related to what YOU need and want. I call this an I-Centred-Plan. Only when you see yourself in the plan you feel committed and bonded!
The I-Centred-Plan will help you build actions based on your own strengths and talents.

I have shared the GROW model with you before. Today I want to share a different way how to use GROW
Let me remind you what stands GROW:
G= goals
R= reality
O= opportunities - obstacles
W= all the W questions such as: where, why, when, who, how, etc
GROW is such a simple and fun model to use for problem solving, setting goals and working out a plan, time management, getting meetings organized and conduct efficient meeting but today I want to show you how I used GROW to clear a overflowing head.
